Starting with a bare piece of land, this commercial project went from an idea to fully budgeted design. We helped facilitate the location with land use exploration, engineering needs, and construction management all the way through move-in. It's a very unique building design with precast, hollow-core concrete second floor system. We managed the whole construction process including permits.
