Compass Contractors built a 1200 sq ft home (ADU) behind our existing home. I was so impressed with EVERY aspect of their work. Matt and Derek gave a very competitive bid to complete the plans that I had prepared before I met them. They communicated well throughout the process, kept the construction moving through timely project management, and were able to competently find solutions and address issues that inevitably come up. They are both so professional and personable. Their subs were efficient and skilled, and the entire project was completed on time and within budget.
